1.Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

 

2. Free Shipping
We offer free Canada & US shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).

3. Shipping Timeframes
- Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, Black Friday), processing may take up to 7 business days.
- We do not offer priority packing or fast-tracking of orders for any reason.

4. Time-Sensitive Orders
If your order is time-sensitive, please leave a note at checkout.
We will try our best to prioritize packing, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once your package has been shipped.

All courier deliveries are contactless unless otherwise arranged.

5. Swatch Orders
- Swatches now ship with tracking only.
- Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination.
- If purchased with fabric or other items, swatches will be shipped together in the same parcel.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach the destination country.

These charges must be paid by the customer and cannot be estimated or controlled by Frontier Fabrics. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the postal carrier is responsible for delivery. Frontier Fabrics is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but not received or delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

9. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to pick up will require a second shipping payment. If unpaid within 7 days, the order is refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
