Returns & Help With Your Order
We do our best to make sure every order is correct and every fabric meets our quality standards.
If something seems off—like a defect or the wrong item—please email us at info@frontierfabrics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name and order number, and we’ll jump in to help. Since fabric is cut to order, all sales are final. Once your fabric has been cut and shipped, we can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
Please take a quick look at your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can make it right.
We photograph fabrics carefully to show color as accurately as possible, but screens can display colors differently. Because of that, colors may vary from device to device, and we can’t guarantee a perfect match. If you need to be certain, we recommend ordering samples first.
Items We Can’t Take Back
These items are not eligible for return or refund:
● Cut or washed fabric
● Sale/clearance items
● Samples
● Gift cards
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you made a mistake and your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@frontierfabrics.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once it ships, we’re not able to make changes.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies can take a little time to post it.
