How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, log out of your account and go to the login page. Click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password — just follow the instructions to create a new one.

Can I order by email or phone?

At this time, we only accept orders through our online store. This ensures your order is
processed quickly, accurately, and securely.

What is the minimum yardage I can purchase?

The minimum yardage you can order is ½ yard (20"), making it easy to try new fabrics or experiment without committing to a large amount.

Can I request custom fabrics or samples?

Yes! You can request fabric swatches to see and feel before ordering. We also offer custom sourcing to help you find specific fabrics. While we can’t guarantee availability, we always do our best to help you find the right material.

Where are you based and located?

We’re based in Toronto, Canada, and ship fabrics worldwide. Being locally based allows us to provide fast, reliable service while offering a wide range of high-quality fabrics for makers everywhere.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of fabric you’ve ordered. For in-stock fabrics, most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. For pre-order or custom fabrics, we’ll send you an email with an estimated shipping time depending on the fabric you’ve selected. Occasionally, during large sales or holidays, fabric orders and sample requests may take up to 14 days. Please note there may be a delay if we need to confirm your shipping address or other details regarding your order. You’ll always receive an email confirmation once your shipment is ready.

Can I change my delivery address?

You may be able to update your delivery address if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact the Frontier Fabrics team as soon as possible for help with updating your details.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the weight of your fabrics and the delivery destination. The cost will be calculated at checkout so you can see exactly how much shipping will be before placing your order.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item you receive is faulty.
We take every measure to ensure our fabrics are of the highest quality, but if a defect is found, please contact us by email within seven days of receiving your order. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved quickly
